Rochester, NY–May 11, 2023–
A new exhibit, Innovative Investments: 30 Years of Tom Golisano at RIT, opened on Thursday, May 11 in RIT's B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS) atrium.

This is the first exhibit developed in the RIT Archives under the new Marie Golisano Graham Outreach Archivist Landyn Hatch. This position supports Marie Golisano Graham’s interests in creating dynamic outreach initiatives and experiential learning opportunities for the RIT and Greater Rochester communities through exhibits, oral histories, and hands-on instruction with the B. Thomas Golisano collection.

The exhibit will remain on display in the B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS) atrium throughout the 2023-2024 academic year.

A second exhibit, Golisano for Governor: Political Campaign Ephemera from the B. Thomas Golisano Collection in the RIT Archives, is expected to be installed in the RIT Department of Political Science later this summer.

The Innovative Investments exhibit opened with a reception attended by Tom Golisano and Marie Golisano Graham, RIT Archives’ partners from the B. Thomas Golisano Foundation, RIT President Munson and campus stakeholders from the GCCIS Dean’s Office and Advancement, the College of Art and Design, the College of Liberal Arts, and the RIT Libraries.

During the reception, student co-curators and graphic designers from the two Golisano exhibits developed by Hatch for the 2022-2023 academic year, participated in a round table discussion with Tom Golisano and Marie Golisano Graham, to share their project and professional development experiences.
